very limited in 2018

COLOR: Pink

FORM: Double

HEIGHT: 90cm (28in)

FRAGRANCE: Light

BLOOM SEASON: Early

Bess Bockstoce has been confused with "Rose Heart" for manyyears, but things are now straightening out and this specimen is thetrue Bess Bockstoce. A lovely soft pink double that has good stemstrength. I use it often as my pink cut flower choice because of it'struly elegant soft blossom.  It may need staking in some locations. Here inthe north zone it has received a hard frost when about a foot tall thatmade the stems bend completely over, yet, as the day warmed this peonycame back and still the blossoms opened beautifully. A peony worthhaving. $30.00
